Virelia acts as an insurance agency and broker. We facilitate the sale of insurance products from various insurance carriers. We do not underwrite insurance policies ourselves. The terms and conditions of your insurance policy are governed by the policy contract issued by the insurance carrier, not by these Terms of Service.

Business Outreach Using Public Information

We may initiate contact with businesses using contact information that is publicly available (for example, from online directories, map-based business listings, or other public sources). We do this to offer our insurance and financial services to business owners and decision-makers who we believe may benefit from them. We do not use purchased or rented lead lists for this outreach.

If you receive such a message and are not interested, you may ask us at any time to stop contacting you. We will honour that request and will not add you to ongoing marketing communications unless you later opt in through our website or another approved channel. We are committed to respectful, professional communication and to ceasing contact when requested.

Application Process

When you apply for insurance through Virelia:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • All applications are subject to underwriting approval by the insurance carrier
  • We do not guarantee that your application will be approved
  • Coverage terms and premiums are determined by the insurance carrier

Eligibility and Account

To use our services, you must:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Fees and Payments

Insurance premiums and fees are set by the insurance carriers, not by Virelia. You agree to:

  • Authorize automatic payments if you choose that option
  • Understand that failure to pay premiums may result in policy cancellation

SMS and Text Messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Virelia Insurance Group. The following terms apply to our SMS program.

SMS Use Cases
